Welcome to this elegant village house in Ariany, spacious and designed with high-quality materials for the owner's family. The house is located in a quiet side street on the edge of the village, just a few minutes' walk from the main square. Grocery shops and a pharmacy are in the immediate vicinity.
The house impresses with its spacious floor plan and high-quality furnishings. A modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining area leads onto the covered terrace and into the garden. A separate living area with mixed satellite TV offers comfort and cosiness.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a Mallorcan double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the upper floor there is another bedroom with a double bed and a modern bathroom with shower.
The south-west facing garden with pool, swing and children's house invites you to relax. A covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue offers ideal conditions for cosy barbecue evenings.
Ariany is located in the north-east of the island, close to the beautiful bays of the east coast and the bay of Alcudia. The house is only a few kilometres from Sineu, famous for its Wednesday market, and around 15 kilometres from Manacor with its supermarkets and hospital.
Ideally located in the heart of the island, this house offers everything for an eventful family holiday in Mallorca!

Beautiful house situated in a small but nice town. From there you are within 30- 45 minutes in all interesting places/ beaches.

Hosts are great/roosters at night/staircase in the dining room

First of all, the owners of the property are very friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to answer all questions and fix any problems. The house was clean and spacious. However, some furniture is a bit dated/needs replacement. In addition, some appliances had errors or needed replacement. But if something is broken, the owners fix it asap. What you should know: - If you are a difficult sleeper, please note that there are several roosters nearby. You can hear them all night. - There are queen size beds. On the pictures they look bigger than in reality. But it meets the description of the advertisement. - There is a downwards staircase in the dining room. Not suited for young children. However, you can close this room with doors. - The owners are extremely friendly/helpful. - The town Ariany is very small with two small shops. Fresh bread every day and lovely staff. However, not for your every day grocery shopping. Manacor is a 15 min drive. You can find most well-know supermarkets there.

Sehr schöne Stadtfinca. Gut eingerichtet und ausreichend ausgestattet (genügend Geschirr und Besteck).Besitzer betreuen das Objekt selber. Zu beachten ist, dass der Strom extra abgerechnet wird (bei uns 1 Woche 90 bei nur gelegentlicher Nutzung der AC). Der Ort Ariany ist ein ruhiger typisch mallorquinisches Dorf mit 2 kleinen Supermärkten und einer Bar am Dorfplatz. Der Nachbar hat offensichtlich Hühner, die von anderen Mietern besschriebenen Störungen durch den Hahn haben wir nicht empfunden.Schön wäre es, wenn der Vermieter die Schiebetüren in den Schlafzimmern mit Fliegengittern o. ä. ausstatten würde. Da die Schiebetüren keine Kippfunktion haben, muss man alternativ zum Lüften (insbes. nachts) die Türen auch im EG offen lassen. Dies führt aber regelmäßig zum Einzug von Mücken und/oder Gekos.Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und angenehm groß.Das Objekt ist in jedemfall empfehlenswert.

entspannter Urlaub in ländlicher Umgebung

Wir hatte einer wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, toll ausgestattet und wurde zügig und unkompliziert übergeben. Der Pool wurde durch die Eigentümer alle paar Tage gereinigt, so war auch immer ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Der Ort selbst verfügt über zwei kleine Läden und eine Apotheke so das man alles vor Ort einkaufen kann. Direkt vor dem Haus stand immer eine Parkmöglichkeit zur Verfügung.

Tolles Haus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Haus ist toll und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool. Zwei Mankos haben wir jedoch, zum einen krähen die Hähne nachts in der Umgebung um die Wette und die Hunde versuchen mit zumachen und zum anderen ist die Küche sehr spartanisch ausgestattet (Besteck tlw. nicht für 6 Personen und vieles sehr zusammengewürfelt). Wir haben vom Haus schöne Ausflüge unternommen und waren in Ariany lecker essen. Danke für eine schöne Zeit!

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem schönen Haus. Bei Top-Wetter konnten wir den Pool und die Abende draussen genießen. Das kleine Dorf bietet alles für den schnellen Einkauf sowie ein Cafe und eine Bar. Abseits des Touristentrubels konnte man sich rundum wohlfühlen und erholen. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Top Familienurlaub abseits vom Touristentrubel

Ariany ist ein kleines, ruhiges Städtchen und das Ferienhaus ist wirklich schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern bei Check-in und Check-Out war flexibel und unkompliziert. Der Pool und die Ausstattung sind toll, einziges Manko war die Kinderschaukel. Hier sollten die Sitzbretter erneuert werden. Zum Strand fährt man ca. 15 min. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in Ariany.

Kinderfreundliches Haus in Ariany

Der kleine Ort Ariany ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt im Ort eine Bank, eine Apotheke, zwei Cafés und einen kleinen Laden mit Lebensmitteln und frischen Backwaren. Das Mietauto kann man vor dem Haus auf der Straße parken. Von außen und innen ist das Haus sehr schön gestaltet. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer, eine Küche, ein Elternschlafzimmer, ein Kinderzimmer mit 2 Betten, ein Bad sowie einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Bügelbrett. Im Obergeschoss findet man ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Balkon sowie ein weiteres Bad. Zwei weitere Räume sind privat und verschlossen. In einigen Räumen sind auch Schränke und Schubladen verschlossen, man hat aber ausreichend Ablageflächen. Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein sauberer und beleuchtbarer Pool. Der Außenbereich ist komplett von Maurern umgeben. Man findet eine große Außenküche mit Holzkohlengrill, zwei zusätzlichen Gas-Kochplatten, Arbeitsfläche und Waschbecken. Es ist noch ein großer Steinbackofen vorhanden, dieser kann jedoch nicht genutzt werden. Im Außenbereich ist ein Tisch mit Glasplatte und 6 Stühlen vorhanden sowie 6 Sonnenliegen. Für Kinder findet man eine Schaukel sowie ein kleines Spielhaus. Unser Fazit: wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr herzlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Man kann sich auf deutsch gut verständigen. Wir empfehlen dem Vermieter jedoch einige Dinge zu erneuern: die Außenmöbel d.h. Stühle und Liegen sind zum Teil schon stärker abgewohnt. In den Bädern will der Vermieter jeweils Dinge reparieren, man konnte sie aber ohne größere Einschränkungen nutzen. Das Geschirr und Gläser in der Küche sind nicht einheitlich vollzählig, hier wäre aus unserer Sicht mal ein Austausch angebracht. Insgesamt hat uns der Urlaub in diesem Haus aber gut gefallen. Ein Hinweis jedoch noch: In der Umgebung des Hauses gibt es einige Hühner und Hähne. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat sollte wissen, dass die Hähne auch nachtaktiv sind, teilweise krähten diese schon ab 2 Uhr Nachts. In den ersten Nächten war dies für uns fremd, wir gewöhnten uns aber daran. Von Ariany aus gelangt man gut zu den Stränden von Alcudia, Playa de Muro oder Can Picafort. Tolle Supermärkte empfehlen wir in Inca oder Manacor, hier findet man eigentlich alles.

Sehr sauberes und großes renoviertes Haus plus zusätzlicher Outdoor-Küche. Das Haus liegt im beschaulichen Ariany. Ein kleines, ruhiges, authentisches Städtchen, wo die Nachbarn noch mittags im Schatten vor der Haustür sitzen und auch uns „fremde“ herzlichst grüßten und ansprachen. Mit dem Auto sind es paar Minuten nach Alcudia an den Strand, an die Südost-Küste oder auch nach Manacor zum einkaufen/essen.

Tolles Haus mit netten Vermietern

Wir haben den Urlaub in dem Haus mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern genossen. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, alle Schlafräume verfügen über moderne und leise Klimaanlagen und der tolle Pool hat uns viel Freude bereitet. 😀

Tolles Haus

Schönes Haus mit viel Komfort. Auch nochmals vielen Dank an die netten Vermieter. Der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt. Danke auch nochmals bei der Suche nach einem Kinderarzt. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal kommen. Herzliche Grüße Familie Fischer aus Heidelberg

beautiful Finca !

We booked this property for one week at the end of July, and we were very satisfied with the house. Travelling from Palma Airport to Ariany with the rental car worked fine with the instructions that we were sent beforehand. We were received at the agreed time by Barbara, who explained everything to us, so that we could make ourselves comfortable right away. There are several air-conditioners for the bedrooms, which are necessary as it can get quite hot in the house during the day. There is also a washing machine and a dryer, for doing your laundry on your own. The pool is clean and sufficiently large, the owner (Pedro) keeps the pool and the lawn in good shape. A rental car is mandatory, as the village of Ariany is located in a quite remote part of Mallorca, and there are no larger supermarkets located directly in Ariany. However, you can reach everything with the rental car easily, whether going to Palma, Port Alcudia or Manacor or other nice places. We felt very welcome and spent a fabulous time in this house, we can recommend anyone to book this property.

Schöner, entspannter Urlaub

Ich war mit meinem Mann, meinem 5 jährigen Sohn und meinen Schwiegereltern 11 Tage in diesem schönen Haus. Von der Ankunft bis Abreise verlief alles reibungslos und unkompliziert! Das Haus ist in einem super Zustand! Alles sauber, mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Vor allem die Outdoor Küche ist wirklich was besonderes, bei warmen Temperaturen kann man dann einfach draußen kochen oder auch grillen! Auch der Pool ist top gepflegt und sehr sauber! Die beiden Schlafzimmer verfügen über je eine Klimaanlage, außer das dritte Schlafzimmer (Kinderzimmer). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da sich das Haus in einem kleinen Dorf befindet, in dem es nur wenig Geschäfte gibt- ist ein Mietwagen ein Muss!! Mit dem Auto ist man allerdings innerhalb von 15 Minuten in Can Picafort zum einkaufen, Strand oder diverser Freizeitaktivitäten. Außerdem erreicht man alle anderen Städte der Insel auch relativ gut. Wir haben die Ruhe in der direkten Umgebung sehr genossen! Einmal hatten wir kurzzeitig Probleme mit der Wasserversorgung. Pablo, der Eigentümer, war allerdings sofort zur Stelle und hat sich um alles umgehend gekümmert. Einfach top!! Vielen Dank nochmal für die schnelle Hilfe! Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!

Wunderschön !!

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Ich war mit meiner 4 jährigen Tochter in diesem schönen Haus. Alles war wie beschrieben, die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Mit dem Auto konnten wir super schöne Strände erreichen. Jederzeit wieder. Schöne Grüße.
