Have a blast while letting your worries melt away. You are sure to enjoy your stay in The Fun Zone!

As you enter the main level of this beautiful cozy cabin you will find the fully equipped kitchen. The living room features a plush sleeper sofa and two love seats, a 56" HD television with a DVD player and you'll have a stacked stone fireplace for those lazy or chilly nights.

The master bedroom is also on the main level and offers a rustic and comfy, log king bed, a 37" HD television with DVD player and a stacked stone fireplace to ensure a relaxing atmosphere.

As you make your way downstairs you'll find yourself in the theater room equipped with a massive 11' screen and a High Definition Projector for enjoying movies. It features theater seating for 9 comfy enough for even the longest of trilogies! Bring dvds or sign into your streaming service, theater does not have satellite TV.

You'll also find 2 bedroom with king beds and 37" TVs downstairs. The downstairs bathroom includes a shower to clean up when you can pull yourself away from the theater and game room.

As you enter the upstairs loft you will truly be amazed with the full-on game room which includes seven arcade units and more! You'll have PacMan with 60 games, LA Riders Harley Davidson, Star Wars Trilogy, NFL Blitz, 2 California Speed where you can race against each other, Full Court Frenzy, a basketball game, skee ball and both an air hockey and pool table! All games are set on free play so you never have to leave the cabin to have fun. When you just can't keep your eyes open any longer, you'll have a full size bunk bed in the loft to recharge.

Off the front of the cabin you have an amazing Great Smoky Mountains view from 3 decks! Each level has its own. On the main level you have a grill, picnic table and swing to enjoy your guests and the scenery. On another level you'll have a bubbling jacuzzi hot tub and rustic, log rocking chairs where you can let your worries melt away.

The cabin was very clean inside, the outside needs attention, cobwebs in the windows. The games were great, but very noisy for guests in the main level bedroom. The lighting in the kitchen needs improvements. Overall, we enjoyed the cabin and would stay there again.

The game room was worth the extra money. The place was clean and everything looked like the pictures. Also, pretty easy to get to and almost level parking pad compared to others we have seen. I highly recommend this cabin if you have kids 7 and up.

The property looks great in the pictures, but overall it was not quite what we expected. There are a lot of steps, the property is on a hill, and the game room is on the third floor. You can hear all the running and bumps from the kids playing upstairs. If you are a senior or have mobility issues, I would not recommend this property. One of the stair railings was also broken, which was a safety concern.The kids enjoyed the game room, but the air hockey game did not work. The hair dryer in the master bedroom also did not work. The entire property could use a good deep cleaning and some maintenance.There were not enough basic supplies for our stay. We had to purchase additional trash bags and toilet paper, which I feel should have been provided.Not enough parking and parked in a slant. Overall, our stay was OK, but it did not live up to our expectations. It may work well for younger families, but because of the hill, numerous stairs, and overall setup, I would not recommend it for seniors or anyone with mobility concerns.

Property was a nice size, kids enjoyed the games though several could use maintenance. Lots of cobwebs inside and outside. Floors could use some wet swiffering and vacuuming or carpet cleaning. We had an issue with water leaking on a bed from the wall in the lower level. The lower level toilet would run off and on throughout the day. Exhaust bathroom fan very loud and needs repair. Only 1 of three hairdryers are in working order. Host did try to address a few of our concerns providing new basketballs for the kids replacing a light that was out, and getting some additional blankets. The pool was a nice thing for kids but beware it's difficult to walk to because of the steep inclines and declines, so our older family members couldn't make it there. Listing says DVD player, but no player was ever located.

Fun zone!

We really enjoyed the location of this cabin and it’s proximity to all Pigeon Forge has to offer. The kids loved the arcade area after baseball games were done for the day. We will be back!

When I say my kids were entertained the whole time we were there I mean THE WHOLE TIME! We were all thrilled with the games and theater. Very easy to use and lots of fun! Very peaceful atmosphere and very good location. We are 45 minutes away and will definitely stay here again!

Fun cabin!

The cabin was great for our family. Loved the games and the movie theater! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is that 2 of the bedrooms didn't have any closets or any place to hang clothes and there was no railing on the stairs down to the bottom floor. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

Fun Zone was a Fun Time!

We had a great time staying there. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Kids of all ages (Adults included, LOL) loved playing all the games upstairs. Good location. We could have used more towels and washcloths for our part of 12 staying for a week; and the game room on top floor can get noisy if the guest on 2nd floor or trying to sleep or nap. We would definitely stay again.
