This south facing 3 bedroom, 3 bath deluxe townhome offers a spacious living room with adjoining fully stocked kitchen and private deck with gas BB-Q grill. Guests will enjoy the surrounding mountain views and sunshine this corner unit offers.

Amenities in this townhome include flat screen TVs, gas fireplace, free wireless internet access, washer/dryer, flexible bedding and garage parking for one vehicle. Guests of Aspen Ridge #1 will also enjoy the new outdoor 8 person hot tub, the only one of its kind at Aspen Ridge!

Aspen Ridge does not allow dogs at any of their homes. If a dog is discovered, a substantial fee as well as a carpet clean will be charged at the guests expense.

We absolutely loved Mountain Village. The property was great and the beds were very comfortable. There is construction going on directly across the street that started at 7 a.m., so be aware of this as well as the oven did not work.

Friend Getaway!

We had a great time, great property, close to gondola. Was really clean, well stocked kitchen, hot tub was amazing, this was well worth the stay, we would stay here again!

Perfect getaway

12 of us came to Telluride for a skiing and spiritual retreat and the house was perfect. There is ample space for all of us to sleep and to eat and to lounge around. Great time!

Telluride

Nice location. Disappointed that construction obscured view of mountains and construction noise began at 6:15 AM. Compressor noise from construction site all night long which we heard through open windows.

Perfect Location

This unit is in the perfect location in Mountain Village. While it isn't truly ski-in, ski-out, it is very close to it. The property was clean, extremely well-equipped and everything was functioning properly. We would definitely stay here again and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Great location and quality linens, bummed by the construction out the kitchen window and no snow. Upon arrival with a week full of groceries, the oven was not functioning. Maintenance was quick to acknowledge (noting this was a known issue with several units though) and only provided an air fryer as a remedy yet it was dirty along with the pan included. For the high price you pay for “luxury”, I would have expected much more.

Family Spring Break

Great location to Mountain Village and the gondola. Didn’t realize house is split level (3 floors) which makes it challenging with younger children. Also - parking is very limited to just a narrow garage. Large truck does not fit. Beautiful views and convenient location.
