Our Molokai home is a simple ground-floor studio with a queen bed, perfectly located close by Kepuhi Beach and within easy walking distance to several beautiful beaches. Sunset time is especially special here—people gather at the beach because it’s truly magical.

The space is comfortable and no-frills, with basic amenities and ultra-fast Wi-Fi (600 Mbps). This is a wonderful option for guests who appreciate nature, simplicity, and a slower pace.

Quiet and very close to 2 fantastic sunset beaches (Papohaku & Dixie Maru) on the western Moloka’i coast; The unit we stayed in had all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Note this Kepuhi beach area is about 20 miles from town center (~30 mins by car) The only caution we’d like to share with ALL Moloka’i visitors, no matter where they stay, is that the ONLY in-town (Kaunakakai) grocery stores are only open Mon - Sat and, close at 6pm .. Restaurants also are very limited and do close relatively early (~8pm at the latest) So .. definitely plan ahead for your shopping & meals 😉

Ocean views for days!

This is a great little condo in an AMAZING location with PREMIUM VIEWS. Budget friendly and Milly is a GREAT host. I’ll be looking forward to visiting again and again!

It was a very positive experience overall! Owner was responding in a matter of minutes, so all questions were resolved quickly. Everything that you would expect from a condo like that is there, including the views. The most buildings of kepuhi resort are deteriorating, but they are not visible from this condo. This is a good place for a quite and remote vacation.

Paradise vacation

Beautiful and clean condo on Kepuhi beach. Short walk to the beach and pool that is right on the ocean. Watching whales breach and play was a bonus ! The views are amazing and I was visited by peacocks right off the patio! I must also mention the friendly and helpful people here, from the moment I stepped off the plane to shopping and mingling with owners and guests at the condo. Molokai is the best kept secret and I can’t say enough about this slice of paradise…truly an amazing experience and I am blessed to have been able to visit.

First time in Molokai

Molokai in general is the place to go when you want to step back from your daily rush.This condo complex offer that opportunity and Milly's place was a nice combination of comfortability and convenience. Since there are little islands critters, especially at night, I would recommend keeping the screen door close and keeping everything clean. You might end up with one of those critters inside your condo like geckos, toats, cats or even a Great Egret (that white bird with a long neck).One very convenient bonus, for me, was that the property managers are located 2 doors down. Since it was my first time there, I was able to ask questions, get suggestions and tips about beach locations, hiking, groceries and even the local culture. I'm very grateful for the stay and can't wait to go back. Thanks Milly

Beautiful view

The property was exact as listed. Owner very responsive but was unable to have light and ceiling fan fixed. Luckily i was able to borrow a fan from another owner in the community. I definitely will return for a longer stay next year!

Plumbing is set for blowout

The p-trap at the kitchen dispos-all popped off. I cleaned the smelly mess and discovered the wrong plumbing parts were assembled with strange adaptations. I reassembled it three times with the same result: bursting open. I didn't want to wait for a plumber to use the sink or be interrupted in our stay. I figured out how to cut the pipe and re-attach backwards with only drips into a pan. I was willing to show the problem to a plumber on our departure day but the host set a sooner time for the interruption. When he was an hour late I went surfing. Upon return, I saw he only added putty to my patch, so it is set for failure again.

Kitchen had modern appeal. Furniture old with exception of outside patio furniture. Questionable as to clean sheets. I slept on clean towels instead. Unit needed good floor cleaning; along with dusting to get rid of cobwebs and spiders. Toaster oven tray was very dirty--wouldn't use.The bathroom really needs updating and questioned its cleanliness. Could hear people upstairs talking clearly. Had to find Mgr. to help excess remittance into unit as key code wasn't opening. It needed new batteries. Mgr stated had happen before and was asked to change batteries. Not his job. It took about 8 tries befor the door unlocked! Frustrating. The pool by ocean is attractive as well as beach. A number of buildings in outer area are boarded up causing bad imagine to overall property. Overall it was OK property with a beautiful beach; although I didn't use.

SUPER SPECIAL

Milly was awesome! The place is as stated on VRBO! And the location was perfect for us! I needed a place to rest prior to swimming KAiwi Channel and then a place for my hsband to sleep overnight till he caught his flight back to Oahu to meet me at some point the next day on Sandy's Beach! Thank you for the fantastic communication and patience with me and my team as we had to narrow down the swim window! Thank you!! Hope to be back! Maybe not swim this time, but just to relax and enjoy magestic Molokai! -Terri
