Amazing location- close to space needle, Pike market, great restaurants and coffee just downstairs. Apartment was clean and comfortable- a bit tight for 5. Parking was convenient. It was a little inconvenient with arrival as you have to meet with someone for access but they were there waiting as expected and very communicative.
Fabulous place to stay especially if you don’t need a car, everything is so close and walkable. We had Personal check in service at 10:30 pm, so grateful for Lena giving us so many wonderful tips. Wonderful restaurant tips. Macrina being next door is an amazing experience, my sister says it is the best coffee EVER. I personally loved the pastries. Beds were so comfortable and cozy. Washer and dryer was great so we can head out without worry if we packed enough clothes, or simply being ready to go back to work. We swam in the pool, very popular and in frequent use, and enjoyed the sauna. Another great feature was the rooftop deck enjoying drinks and watching the beautiful sunset over Elliott Bay. I would love to come back!
Mike and Ashley were awesome in communication and greeting us to checking us in!!Super cute place in a fabulous location. Would stay here again in a minute
Great location within walking distance to famous attractions
We enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable home, conveniently located within walking distance to famous attractions in the city. Communication with Ashley was excellent.
The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Within 3 blocks of several amazing restaurants and we visited the bakery near the entrance every morning. The parking was very safe and a wonderful perk in the city. We would love to stay here again on future visits.
The pool was closed for maintenance, which we were not informed of before our arrival. Other than that it was great.

Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location
Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
First off the check-in process. In the description, they state if you could let is know your check in time, that would be helpful. That's not at all accurate. Once your booked there is a full expectation you schedule your check in time. First they wanted a 2 hour window, which i was not happy about, then once i gave them a two hour window, i got a text asking if i could narrow our arrival time down even further. This was a complete inconvenience for us, We were traveling around and enjoying ourselves, only to figure out we had to cut things short just to make our agreed to check in time. Once we got to the condo, the check-in was relatively smooth. All though check out is a bit inconvenient also. The room itself was clean and decently appointed, but for the price we would have better off just renting a hotel. Location was good for the downtown attractions. Beds were comfortable and clean. For the check-in process alone i would not rent again.
The bedrooms and living room were all good sizes - plenty of room for unpacking and storing our luggage.Really nice place and floor plan, clean, full-kitchen, plus a washer and dryer, if needed. Two of the adults staying were bothered by the street noise. However, we enjoyed the location and the proximity of area restaurants.
This VRBO fit our needs perfectly. The apartment has a great layout and is in a good location -- about midway between Pike Place Market and Seattle Center. Everything was clean and the apartment had all of the essentials covered. We were good customers of the outstanding bakery on the ground floor, and we appreciated the view of Elliot Bay from the patio on the top floor. Overall, this is a fine VRBO rental apartment.
Very secure building. Great location. Property is a bit dated, but rooms are nice and kitchen well equipped. Balcony only holds 1 person standing .. so small it’s unusable. Small air conditioning was noisy and hardly kept up. The bakery and belltown pizza is right outside the door, very good places to eat.
The property was just as described in the listing. It was perfect for my family of five. We all had space to sleep and they even provided an extra portable mattress and sheets. The property was clean and toiletries were provided in the kitchen and bathroom. It was great having the washer a dryer to wash our used clothes before our cruise. The location is amazing and is within walking distance to almost everything you would want. The Cafe downstairs was amazing. We had coffee there each morning. There is also a market right on the corner. The property owners communicated clearly and gave suggestions for everything we requested. We were very impressed with our stay and would definitely stay again.
Great location. Very walkable surrounded by most amenities. You will have to walk pretty far to find a decent grocery store.
The unit is nice but needs some updating. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is decent, the bathroom is acceptable, and the living room is livable.
We stayed in August and it hit 82. The bedrooms have oscillating floor fans and the living room has a very cumbersome floor A/C unit. This unit has to be turned off at night if you want to lock the balcony door which defeats the purpose for staying cool. It’s adequate when you’re home but does not ever get cold. Just an FYI if you are accustomed to staying cool at night. You will be warm.
We never could get the LR TV to work properly but we’re able to get Netflix.
This complex is pretty worn down but, if you’re looking for location, it’s great.
They have a huge rule book but it’s fairly normal in these types of condo complexes.
We wouldn’t stay in this unit again because it was too warm.
Eric, who checked us in, was pretty thorough.
Great location 10 min walk from Pike Place Market. 12 min walk to space needle. Clean. I prefer self check in, but this rental requires in person check in
The condo was perfect for our stay in Seattle. Everything was within walking distance - the Space Needle, Pikes market, plenty of restaurants. The condo itself was quite comfortable for our family of 4, providing everything we needed for making breakfast every morning, and AC! Only reco would be to provide better TP - a condo this nice shouldn't use cheap TP.
Ashley and Mike were great hosts. Communication was smooth and timely. This 2-bedroom apartment is close to Pike Place Market, less than 10 minutes away walking and many great places to eat. The place is just as described and seen in the photos. There’s no central AC but there are individual cooling fans in each room and living room. We didn’t cook but the kitchen is well equipped. This is a great place to stay in Downtown Seattle. The reserved parking spot is a plus as it is not easy to find parking in the city.
