This was a well-kept property in the downtown area. Very nice views of downtown Seattle. The host was great and gave some good recommendations. Would definitely stay again.

The condo is as advertised, very roomy, very clean, and well-stocked. There were fans available for every room, too, which most VRBOs do not offer. It is conveniently located in the heart of downtown. A very easy walk to Pike Place and the surrounding restaurants and shops. An Uber to Seattle Center only costs 9. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is perfect. Clean including bedding and soft fluffy towels. Perfect location to see everything and to get to pier 66. Had to request that burnt out bulbs be replaced in hall and bathroom but it was fixed the next day. Washed towels that smelled bad were in the washer. We rewashed them. They leave coffee, dish soap, detergent, shampoo, and spice cabinet was full. They also leavebeer, seltzer and wine. Communication with host is great. I don’t like that they leave the door unlocked and no safe. No central AC. It’s a portable. Parking is 35 night. Kitchen is gorgeous but rest if the place needs updates and it needs a deep cleaning (baseboards, creases in door). I’d stay again.

The Joint Mathematics Meetings - the place to stay.

We adored this VRBO. It was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was perfect for cooking seafood from the Pike Market. The beds were comfy and the living room was big enough for us all to have our computers out. The location was perfect for access to the Convention Center. It was a great place and very secure. The views were awesome!

Great location; unit needs some TLC

Great space and great location, but also a number of hiccups. Issues w elevators. Renters don’t control temp in the unit. Didn’t have bedding for pull out sofa. Communication from owner/manager ahead of our stay was slow. Unit is a bit tired and dated.

The kitchen was clean. The host was very responsive. The location was nice, though it's west of the convention center. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom light fixtures and HVAC intake vent looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. The thermostat was locked out where I couldn't adjust it on my own to a comfortable level. The portable AC units should've been removed. They let in the cold outside air and made traffic noise at a higher than necessary volume. The kitchen could use a few towels to help with cleanup and reduce waste of paper towels. The microwave control panel is loose and needs repair. The coffee maker does not automatically turn itself off, which could be a safety hazard. Overall, we had a good stay but the property needs better upkeep.

Where should I start? Needed to follow up to receive key collection details. Instructions were incomplete. Old building. Dark hallways. Electric fuse jumped. Property manager attended. Needed to unplug serveral lamps. Cracked basin. Makeshift air-con. Thin blankets. Cold & noisy nights. Dirty & broken pots & pans. Dodgy door lock. Dim bathroom lighting. The presentation photos were totally deceptive and misleading. How could the property have previos multiple 10/10 reviews is absolutely beyond me!!!
