It was a great little place to stay. The host added a lot of little things that made the stay great. They are also very accommodating! Highly recommend this place.
The host has attention to detail and makes sure guests have everything they need. Felt like a home away from home. If we are back in Seattle we will stay with them again for sure.
This is an ideal place to stay for a long weekend in Seattle. Condo is comfy, clean, well supplied (and labeled), and located within walking distance to a number of decent bars and restaurants (shoutout to Saint John's!). We came to town for a 3-day music festival at Neumos, a 10-minute walk up Pike St., so this was just perfect. Easy contactless check-in process with off-street parking. Host is quick to respond and provides excellent touristy recommendations. We come back for this fest every year, and will definitely check if this condo is available when planning our next Seattle adventure.
The location for this apartment is excellent with major tourist attractions a short 15-20 minute hike downhill. We visited the waterfront market and aquarium, then walked the waterfront to Pioneer Square where we did an under-the-streets tour (highly recommend). The apartment itself is small and the building is a bit older, as you would expect for downtown in this price range, but clean and manageable for a family of four adults. The couch-bed is not exactly comfortable, but passable for a couple nights. The AC is apparently a window unit and only there for summer. It was in the mid- to high 70s inside when we arrived in early October, but it did eventually cool down that evening with all the windows open (very noisy with windows open). Heat is provided from a central steam system with radiators in the apartment. The apartment has plenty of coffee, but not well stocked for general cooking (but you're surrounded by great restaurants). The general area felt safe, and we saw people walking the streets at all times of day and evening.
Our host Geng met us and directed us to the parking area, guided us to the keys and entry into the building, and walked us up to the condo and showed us around and gave us some information about the area for food and entertainment.
My family had a great time in Seattle, and Geng’s apartment was a big part of that. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk to Pike Place Market—and the space was very comfortable for our family of three. You can tell Geng put a lot of thought into making the apartment welcoming and functional. The electronic photo album was really helpful. Highly recommended.
The condo was perfect for our group of 4 friends. We had 3 first timers to Seattle and the location was so convenient for experiencing the big ticket tourist items. The condo was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with our kitchen and bathroom needs. We had one service need which was quickly rectified and did not impact our stay at all. Great instructions and communications by the owner made for a problem free stay! Highly recommend this place!
