The building was quiet and the apt itself is very nice. The host is very nice and extremely helpful. A lot of places in Capitol Hill are very walkable. You get your own parking spot, but I didn't need it.

Was perfect for my wife and I. We stayed a couple days. Danny was very helpful getting us to the apartment and giving us tips on things to do and places to go. I would recommend this stay to others, be aware it’s on the second floor so there are stairs but was perfect for us. Thanks again!

Dan was super helpful and his place was very nice and clean. It had a great view of the space needle and was a short walk to spots in capital hill and the train station. Highly recommend staying here!

Stayed here for 3 nights before a cruise. I picked this because of the view and reports of close to restaurants (walking distance). Unfortunately this was not the case for us. I found it very hard to figure out what type or where restraints were located. All in all it worked out but we paid quite a bit of money for Ubers to get around. The host is amazing! There is a coin operated laundry in the basement and he brought us a bag of quarters so we could do some laundry before our cruise! Laundry facilities is another reason I picked VRBO over a hotel.

The apartment is in a great location in Capitol Hill with plenty of options for dining and shopping in a walkable distance. It's blocks away from the subway station. The apartment itself is maintained very nicely and has a beautiful view. I definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again!

The host is friendly and responsive. The room is across from Safeway and near a fine bakery. The only downside that comes to mind is the lack of a gym, but I forgot to ask the host about that, maybe he has a suggestion. That didn't matter for my short stay, especially because the Capital Hill area is so walkable.
