One of a kind historical theater from the 40’s.

This unique place has a style all of its own. Operating as the Blake Opera House in the 1920’s , it had become the Civic Theater since at least 1941. This gem of a location still boast the original lobby with the coolest Art Deco detail. Come be our guest in this one of a kind apartment.

Do not turn off or unplug outside safety cameras.

Upon leaving please make sure all doors and back gate is shut and locked. Please turn off all lights and adjust the heat or air.
