Amenities: Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler. Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex. Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom. Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment. No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free. Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed. Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools. Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs. Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite. Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout. BBQ: Community BBQ's near the pool Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit. Cable TV: TV's in Living Room, Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom and Loft WIFI: WIFI included. Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided. Kitchen: Cookware, Drinkware, Utensils, Dishware, Drip Style Coffee Maker and Keurig Style Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker.
Waikoloa Beach Villas A23 is located in the A Building. It is a loft style floor plan. Upon entry to the unit, you will be going up stairs to the second floor to reach the main living area, kitchens, master suite, guest bedroom, bathroom, and washer and dryer. The upstairs loft space is ideal for a little getaway. The swimming pool is just steps away! This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation! The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas. All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Pictures really don’t show how great this place is. So close to the pool, shopping and walk to the beach is not far either. Condo was very clean and had everything we need. Would love to stay again!
Great place to stay! Clean and comfortable in a nice development. Walking distance to the shops, and though a little longer walk, still walking distance to a great beach. We had a great time here. Only minor mention would be that we had a full-size SUV and the garage was a tight fit for it. If you leave food out you will get tiny ants, but I'm sure that's common throughout the island. We will likely return here again.

We fully enjoyed our stay here in Waikoloa. The house was very well equipped and made our stay so very comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio everyday. The property grounds are so well manicured and quiet that we truly did not want to leave. It was super convenient being able to walk to Queens Marketplace for Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shop to enjoy Island Vintage. We will not hesitate to stay here again in the future!

We came to relax as a family and this was THE PERFECT place to do so. We cooked, swam, played board games and WII as a family.
This place was super cute and had everything I needed for a comfortable and successful stay.

Perfect location./amenities. Enjoyed the Island Market and several restaurants within walking distance. Close to Mauna Lani where we had a fabulous s dinner one night. Grilled dinner one night by the pool. Convenient to Hapuna Beach - our favorite.

Perfect place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed it. The villas are modern and clean. The location is great! The beds are comfortable and the pool is close by. Would come back again!!
Very clean, well appointed and welcoming. Lots of room to spread out, loft was a great space for the teenagers.
Close to an excellent beach for swimming and exploring.
Beautiful landscaping and pool area.
Short stroll to excellent shops and market for groceries.

Unit was perfect for our family! We had to abruptly change plans due to the fires on Maui, and stay on the Big Island for our entire trip. We were lucky to find this available. Spacious, clean, and very well furnished.

The property is spotless. Location is wondeful. Right next to and a nice view of the pool area. The gym is right there also. Walkable to the beach, Marriott, Hilton and Lava Lava beach front restaurant. Also, a stones throw from King and
Queens Village which has grocery, resturants and tons of shopping.
Highly recommend this property.
