This unit at Granliden on Lake Sunapee features enough room for 10 people to sleep! The master features a king sized bed, private bath, and views of the lake, golf course and the slopes of Mount Sunapee. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed with a sweet little sun porch with comfy recliner, perfect for reading, relaxing, and enjoying the sounds of nature. The third bedroom is the "bunk bed room," with a double on the bottom and twin on top. Note this room does not have a window or closet, but it's super comfortable and cozy, perfect for kids. The fourth bedroom is the THE LOFT. This top floor bedroom, which sleeps four comfortably, features a king-sized bed, plus a cot and extra mattress for an additional cozy sleeping area. The unit features three full baths. The open living room/dining room area is PERFECT for togetherness, with a huge and amazing comfortable sectional. The well-stocked galley kitchen including fridge, full oven, dishwasher and bulit-in microwave features all the conveniences you could need. Enjoy the SPACIOUS DECK and soak up the unforgettable views of the lush golf course, Lake Sunapee, and Mount Sunapee. YOU MUST SEE THIS VIEW TO BELIEVE IT. The basementt offers a washer and dryer, plus walkout slider right onto the golf course. About a 10 minute drive to Mount Sunapee. There's a fabulous dining scene down the road in New London as well! One week minimum for this rental. Sorry, no pets. Rental available through 5/20/22.

We are a Boston-area family who discovered Sunapee a few years ago. We fell in love with it from the start. We chose Sunapee because we wanted to be about an hour and a half from the north shore of Boston, but not be too remote. We wanted the conveniences of towns, but the peace and quiet of our community. We found it all at Granliden on Sunapee.

Why they chose this property

Granliden is a professionally managed community, and it's wonderful. The management team is always available and extremely responsive. The location is amazing, just a 5 minute drive from Sunapee Harbor. There's also plenty of shopping and conveniences just a short drive away, like Newport and Claremont, where you can find any type of grocery store, Home Depot, Rite Aid, TJ Maxx, movie theatres and more. We recommend visiting the Dartmouth area in Hanover, about 20 minutes away. The downtown Hanover area at the Dartmouth University area is FABULOUS, with wonderful dining and shopping.
