Beautiful apartment - Ideal for family stay - A/C

If you are looking for spacious accommodation to accommodate your family and allow you to easily discover the city on foot, our apartment will meet your expectations.



You will be located in the heart of the city at the entrance to Old Nice and its pretty colorful streets, the apartment also overlooks the Tramway line (line 1) and the magnificent Coulée Verte park.



The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator, fully air-conditioned, it is arranged as follows:

- You enter directly into the living room composed of: a living room with two sofas, TV, free wifi connection, a dining area & a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine -dishes, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle etc…)

- The entrance corridor leads on the right to a spacious bathroom with bathtub, WC, sink, & laundry area with washing machine

- On the other side it opens onto a small balcony with a view of the Parc de la Coulée Verte then serves the two bedrooms

- Indeed, this apartment is more suitable for a family because the bedrooms are adjoining, we have to go through the child's bedroom with the two bunk beds to get to the master bedroom with a standard size double bed.



Its privileged location will allow you to live in the rhythm of the Riviera, a stone's throw from the Promenade des Anglais for sunbathing, & in the immediate vicinity of the food shops and the Cathédrale Vieille Ville tram stop (150m).



Bed and bath linen are provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).



The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.

Unit was great, as advertised, spacious with views on two sides. Only downside - the internet speed is very fast but does not reach as far as the master bedroom. The reason for the three star is the host. When we booked, we were surprised to receive an request for payment directing us to pay on SmartBNB's own site, rather than VRBO. Since VRBO cautions against this, we contacted VRBO voice helpline. The VRBO agent informed us that Smartbnb had an agreeement with VRBO that let SmartBNB assume responsiblity. SmartBNB responses to queries still come through VRBO, but links and forms all go to the SmartBNB site. They respond quickly, but with generic responses that refer to links that do not contain promised info. No in instruction book in unit (where do I put the recycling)? The worst part is check-in. Although it is a keyless entry, the lockbox with the key is a 7 minute walk away at their office. I was only informed of this with the instructions that come just a few days before arrival. Would not have taken the unit with full info. The walk can be challenging if you are pulling checked bags in addition to carry on, or if it is raining. Same required walk to return the key on check out - almost didn't make my morning flight. Prior wording was vague, implying you could use the unit mail box at the foot of the stairs - clarity only came with final checkout instructions.
