*There is only 1 camera on this property, located outside/front of the house. positioned to view the driveway. To ensure no unauthorized access for the safety of our guests.* Camera will record w/audio once there is movement within proximity. If no movement camera/w audio will be in "sleep" mode.*

*** Do not leave dishes in the sink, please wash and leave to air dry before your departure. If you use the grill please clean before your departure. ***

*** Check out is at 10am sharp. If the cleaning crew arrives and you and your guests have not checked out. There will be an additional fee charged to you.

*** Propane for grill must be filled by guests (upon arrival there may be propane from previous guest, but if that runs out you will need to replenish for your use.
