La maison est bien équipée. Nous avons passé un bon sejour à 8 amis. Bien située à proximité de la plage et des commerces. On peut tout faire à pieds et prendre le bus pour se rendre à Saint Malo intra muros ou Cancale.

La maison est bien située à proximité des commerces et de la plage.L'espace de vie est lumineux et spacieux. Au niveau sécurité, une main courante pour accéder et surtout descendre de l'étage est indispensable, notamment pour les enfants et les personnes âgées.Comme il faisait 2 degrés dehors , il faisait froid dans la maison : le chauffage est mal équilibré, les chambres a l'étage sont très fraîches, le radiateur de la salle de bains de l'étage ne fonctionnait pas.Impossible pour les occupants de monter la température. Un radiateur d'appoint eut donc été apprécié.Équipements corrects, livres, bédés, jeux à disposition.Pour le prix la prestation ménage n'est pas satisfaisante ( poubelles toilettes non vidées, freezer givré, écoulement lavabo à revoir....)Quelques améliorations sont donc à apporter.

Le ménage n'était pas satisfaisant (pas fait ?), déchets dans les poubelles, poussières un peu partout.Beaucoup de vis à vis avec les voisins et aucun rideaux !Par contre pour voir la mer il faut se mettre sur la pointe des pieds à un endroit bien précis ... vue survendue.Beaux espaces et maison bien rénovée. Plage sympa à pied à 5mn.
