Brand new. Lovely 3 bedroom condo with pool Walking distance to the beach

Three bedroom apartment located in tower I. It has a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a double twin size bed in the second room and a queen size bed in the third room, (bed sheets and a/c in all rooms). All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. It also have a fully equipped kitchen (stove top, refrigerator, microwave, pots and pans, silverware and dinnerware). Two bathrooms (bath towels included and a balcony with a great view. Maximum allowance 6 people. 5 min walking distance from the beach.

Excellent location near the beach and restaurants

We had a great and relaxing time. Ileana and her husband were excellent hosts. Looking forward to staying there once again next time we visit Nuevo Vallarta.

A nice condo in a nice area

This is a nice, newer condo in an easy to get to place. It is a quiet complex, with a nice pool that has a covered seating area. The condo has comfortable beds, outside seating and ample dishes. We were a little concerned as some reviews said the place was dirty, and it was a bit dusty and gritty when we first arrived, but we cleaned it up, only to find the dust and grit reappear overnight - probably as a result of dust carrying ocean breezes. All in all, we enjoyed our time there.

First of all, our host were incredibly accommodating. A very roomy, well laid unit with all the convenience of home. A very relaxing, quiet pool area to enjoy . It’s a nice, short 10 min walk to beach with a beach club accessible to all as you enter the beach. Beautiful beach to walk and enjoy your day. Convenience store across the street along with a variety of restaurants and pubs. Looking forward to staying there again. - Mid January 2022-
