MEXICO BEACH is a community of about 1,000 people directly on the Gulf of Mexico on US-98. Mexico Beach has a small town vibe with its nearest neighbors being Panama City to the west and Port St. Joe to the east. This area is known as the Forgotten Coast.

The property is beautifully decorated with many amenities. Beach chairs provided, beach towels available, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking. TVs in every room, comfortable furniture, beautiful wrap around porch with tables and chairs to enjoy the beach view. Short walk to the ocean. The pool is small but nice. The only problem was the elevator wasn’t working. We would definitely go back.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the elevator being out of service during your visit. Unfortunately, the elevator is maintained by the condominium association, and while we reported the issue and followed up regularly, the repair was outside of our control. As you can see from our other reviews, we work hard to maintain our unit and provide the best guest experience possible, so we were disappointed that this issue affected your stay. Super clean & welcoming beachfront condo with AMAZING views! This is our second time staying at The Tide and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Very well stocked, squeaky clean, and comfortable layout. You can tell Linda (owner) takes a lot of pride in her condo and makes your stay feel like home away from home with the detail touches all around the condo. I do a LOT of research before booking any vacations. You will love your stay here!!

This was the perfect stay! The condo had everything we needed - beach chairs, towels, umbrella, fans in the bedrooms, great location on the beach, easy check in and check out, easy communication with owner, board games, and super clean. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets and dolphins were a highlight. It really made our vacation relaxing and easy!

Excellent location and views, extremely clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Appliances worked flawlessly. All furniture (including balcony) was clean/comfortable and adequate for our group of five. The six provided beach chairs and beach towels, and two umbrellas were a great addition. We opted for grocery delivery to save time. Be sure to pay attention to the time on your phone - you’re close to the time zone change and you may wind up waking an hour early. Linda was great to work with and we’re looking to book again for next year. We may have found our new go to rental.

The description of this condo is 100% accurate. It is immaculately clean, very well designed, amenities are plenty, and the views / beach access is priceless. With two small children, the dipping pool was a big hit and beach access with no road to cross was a must for us. We are already planning our next stay and cannot wait!
