This 3 bedroom/2 bath, newly renovated gulf front home is perfect for a group of 7 to enjoy sunny beach filled days and beautiful sunsets in the evening. 


The private entry of the front porch is screened in with seating for two for a beautiful view of the Gulf.


As you enter the house, you will find an open and spacious floor plan. 



The open concept living area has a flat screen tv and a large leather sectional that includes three power recliners, this opens into the dining room and kitchen. Perfect for family movie night or game day!

Our kitchen is stocked with everything we think you'll need during your vacation with us. Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes/silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils, glassware, and much more!



The unique rootball dining room table seats six and three additional stools at the kitchen island.  This entire area has two bay windows providing vast views of the Gulf and is perfect for entertaining in both dining and living area.


Down the hall you will find the Queen bedroom and the bunk room with a twin over full. Both rooms have plenty of space and dressers for your belongings. The Queen room also has a flat screen television. Sitting in the middle of these two rooms, is the hall bath with a walk-in shower.


From this main hallway you can access a beautiful spiral staircase that will take you out to the covered carport. The carport has plenty of space for parking, up to four cars. The carport also has a seating/dining area for four. The large bottom deck has two loungers, a hammock and a fish cleaning station. 


Also on the main level is a spacious deck with a dining table with seating for six, a lounger and two additional chairs. From this deck you can access the down stairs carport area and the boardwalk complete with an outdoor shower.


Ascending up the interior stairs is the master suite. Complete with a King bed, flat screen television, walk-in closet, double vanity sink, and a separate room with toilet and custom 7 foot walk-in shower with bench. Off of the master bath is the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.


The master suite also has it's own private balcony with two chairs to enjoy the Gulf front. 


If there is a rainy day, the Herring House has flat screen smart tv's with Hulu & local channels.


The Herring House is a within a block from Shipwreck Raw Bar and a 10 minutes from down town Port St Joe with many local shops, boutiques and great restaurants. This home is a 5 minute drive to Mexico Beach.


Your reservation includes a $250 credit for beach gear! Choose from bikes, coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach wagons, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. Best part, its delivered to the unit and is waiting for you upon your arrival.  


This house rents for a full week (Saturday to Saturday) during peak season and monthly for January and February. Call or email for monthly rates.
