Walk to Fayetteville Town Park featuring a splash pad for kids, pump track and ball fields. National Park starts at back yard. House has 2 bedrooms, full equipped kitchen, laundry room and more. Private covered back porch, gas grill, corn hole or just watch the dear and rabbits, play. Includes a firepit.

Charming Fayetteville

Wonderful

Comfortable and tidy home. Fully equipped kitchen. Amazing backyard with great covered patio, bbq pit, fire pit. Steps from New River Gorge hiking trails and short walk to Fayetteville restaurants.

Loved this place

I participated in the Bridge Day 5K and events afterwards. This was such a perfect location. The house is beautiful and neighborhood is quiet. Lovely!

Felt Like Home

Great choice close to Fayetteville Park

I was in town for the New River Gorge Trail Festival, and I wanted to stay within walking distance of the park so that I could bring my family with me. This place was a great choice. The house was very clean and was located on a nice, quiet street. Neighbor was friendly!

Peace and comfort

So quiet and peaceful. The bed and linens were wonderful . The owner was very helpful and willing to get us a list of local restaurants. We will definitely stay there again

Perfect location and place to call home for a few days….

Home was in walking distance of everything in downtown Fayetteville! Cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely have the ice cream at The Stache!!! Just a couple blocks from the house 😁

Worth it!

We were pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed our visit! Everything from the location, the cleanliness, the neighbors, this place was overall a great stay! Felt like our little home away from home! Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to visit New River Gorge :)

Perfect location

My son and I loved this house. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and within walking distance of fabulous cafés and restaurants in Fayetteville. It’s just a short drive to hiking trails and water adventures. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the nice touches like frosted beer mugs.

The house was super clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen! It’s even in walking distance of an ice cream shop in Fayetteville! I would love to stay here again if I visit New River Gorge in the future.

Great stay

The house was perfect. Tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable.The beds were super comfortable, and the covered back patio was a perfect place to watch a summer storm. It was also in a fabulous location. Centrally located for everything we did. The town of Fayetteville is charming and quaint, with lots of great places to eat and a live music venue. We will definitely return!

Great Experience!

This was our first trip to Fayetteville and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was perfect. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and very clean. Our favorite part besides the location was the rear patio and backyard. It is setup with nice furniture and extremely relaxing after a day of rafting. We didn’t use the fire pit, grill or cornhole boards but appreciated all the thoughtful amenities. Tresha was a great host and had excellent communication. We can’t wait until our next visit!

Home away from Home

This was the perfect landing place for our adventures in West Virginia. We were in town for a race and the location was really easy access to that venue and our white water rafting excursion. It was such a welcoming and homey place to feel like a local. Easy walk to the small downtown restaurants and shops. Thanks for sharing your patriotic space with us!

House was clean and neat as a pin. Within walking distance of restaurants and bars in town. Only 1 mile from entrance to gorge. Close to many other local sites. Lots of wildlife in area, deer walking thru yards of homes. Great getaway!

Wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The property was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. It felt like home! The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. We got to chat with the next door neighbor who was simply delightful. Lovely home in Fayetteville, WV

My wife and I spent a wonderful week in Fayetteville at this home which was perfect for us. Tresha, the property manager, was extremely helpful to us and always available. The immaculate home was thoughtfully appointed with modern appliances and located in a quiet neighborhood. Towels, expendables, and other necessities were provided in abundance. The home is essentially adjacent to the New River Gorge National Park, making for easy access to the Park's hiking and rafting activities. The town of Fayetteville itself is a short walk away. We had a delightful week in this home and look forward to returning.
