Make yourself at home at this updated 1958 Alexander mid-century home featured in the Modernism Tour 2022! You'll be centrally located in one of Palm Springs's best-preserved mid-century neighborhoods. The 1,584-square-foot home has an open floor plan with a wall of south-facing windows lining the entire living room with views of the enclosed backyard and pool with spa (both can be heated for a fee). The living room features a sectional and chairs, a smart TV, and a gorgeous dining table. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, induction stove, and a breakfast bar with seating.
The home has a bonus living room off the main living area, formally the original carport. The bonus room gives you approximately 300 additional square feet of living space, making this home a ''livable'' Alexander. This space also features comfortable furniture, a smart TV, one of three desks in the home, a printer, a Wii, a PacMan stand arcade game, and many board games and puzzles for kids and adults.
Outside is all about entertainment as well. There is a saltwater pool and spa in your private, walled backyard with beautiful views of Mt. San Jacinto. There are four pool loungers, a partially covered patio with a couch and chairs for lounging by the pool, an outdoor dining table, a gas grill, and a firepit with plenty of patio chairs.
Things to Know
Between June 1-September 31, the spa is offered at $49/night, and from October 1- May 31, pool and spa heat is $99/night. Requests for pool/spa heat should be made 36 hours in advance of your arrival date in order to get the pool up to temperature during the winter months.
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
