This lovely 2nd floor Villa overlooks the Golf Course. This one bedroom one bath unit has been fully updated. Tile flooring throughout. The living room is equipped with comfortable furnishings, with a large Flat Screen Television. Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The Bedroom offers a king sized bed and is also equipped with a Flat Screen Television for your enjoyment. It also comes with a work station. Wi-Fi, Basic Cable, Washer/Dryer, Beach Chairs and Towels are all included. Many amenities to choose from; nine hole golf course, four swimming pools, bocce ball, pickle ball, a new Tiki Bar and Restaurant, tennis, work out facility & shuffleboard. The community has a 24 hr. manned security gate. Come enjoy a slice of Florida Paradise!

Location is great, neighbors upstairs noisy. Coffee makers were terrible, the k cup one was filthy and didn’t work. Drip one was difficult. In bathroom used sticky tape to hold cover for fans in ceiling which fell and wouldn’t stick, living room looked nice but was very uncomfortable to sit on and relax. Would go again but in another unit

Great updated place

Property management returned calls later,, but were very helpful with requests. Nicely updated and pleasant area close to beach front. On site restaurant was great place for drinks.
