About this property

Enjoy your stay in our adorable and cozy 1BR/1BA 700sq. ft. condo. You can spend the day at the beach, enjoy the Fifth Avenue restaurants and shops or head over to downtown Melbourne. You'll find everything you make your stay comfortable. The unit is located in a small two-story building and is on the first floor. The washers/dryers are coin operated and located on the right side of the building. There is internet and a smart TV to login into all your streaming channels...ie...Netflix, Hulu, Prime, HBO, Showtime and more. I do not have cable TV.
The parking spot is assigned numbered for one vehicle but there are guests spots if you have an extra car.
