Home was very nice‼ Had all amenities we needed other than no Kleenex anywhere and no wastebaskets in bathrooms. We enjoyed the convenience to town and our favorite restaurants. Host was available at a phone call. Hoping to be able to enjoy again next year‼

Philip was such a great host. Making contact with him was great and helpful. Checking in was so simple, a little kid could figure it out. The location was so accessible to Fredericksburg and all the surrounding hill country. I will most definitely stay here again. Everything from start to finish was amazing. The place was clean, fully stocked, easy to find and the free bottle of wine was a nice touch. Location was perfect as we only had to drive a short distance in either way to winery's, shops, grocery stores, etc. The affordability is spot on!! You can't go wrong, so if your scrolling....STOP and BOOK IT!!! Thank you Phillip for sharing your home with us. We will be back.
