Perfect get away for our family!

We just absolutely loved this place! House was lovely and plenty roomy enough for our family girl trip to Fredericksburg. Perfect walking distance to Main Street shopping and food. We will definitely be back.

Dead roaches in several rooms upon our arrival.

When we arrived at the house there were several large dead roaches in several room. Then we saw live roaches and spiders. We would not stay at the proper again.

Friends/Sister-in-laws Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a fun and relaxing escape. Our host was helpful with recommendations of restaurants- enjoyed Vaudeville for lunch on Sunday - save room for dessert. A very short walk to Main Street. Shopping was enjoyable- unique items available at affordable prices. The beds and couch were comfortable. Can’t wait to return - I recommend this property!

This location is perfect for being close to all the shops and restaurants! The house was nice and clean. The hot tub was a luxury after walking all day. I would definitely stay here again!

Better than expected, charming rental close to everything!

Beautiful, spotless rental with ample space, many useful amenities and a perfect location. We had 3 of us on a birthday girl's getaway weekend and this house was a great fit. Comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of towels and many kitchen supplies. Loved it!

There were 4 of us and we have a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house! Was clean, inviting and very close to Main Street! The hot tub was amazing. Was a little too windy to use the firepit, but we did sit around it! Everything was perfect!

This property keeps us coming back to Fredericksburg. It's well kept, spacious, and located at an amazing location a stones throw from Main. Plus all of the amenities available to maximize relaxation whenever your activities are done for the day. Definitely recommend this gem.

Perfect location and house was great for a getaway!

We were beyond pleased staying at this house. There were 4 of us who stayed here for 4 nights. The size is perfect, it's actually a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Great entertainment area inside and outside. Location was perfect, a quick walk (quarter of a mile) to downtown. We are also focused on cleanliness and this house hit the mark of cleanliness. Great communication by the owners, will definitely stay again if available.

Great Home Base!

Beautifully updated, centrally located home in Fredericksburg was perfect for celebrating life with friends of 20+ years! Spacious and comfortable inside and out. We really enjoyed relaxing outside before a full day of shopping, wine tasting and a great dinner. Very responsive hosts, thanks Susan and Brady! Looking forward to future visits.

This place was so cute. Decorated well, very clean, comfy living room, great location! Only 4 stars because the king size master bed is in need of replacement. It has sagging body spots visible through the comforter. It was not comfortable at all.

Perfect Stay!!!

This was the most amazing location and experience! Susan, the host was so responsive in timeliness of replies for booking, stay instructions and any questions I sent her about the stay. The house is perfect - Susan has thought of everything!!! The kitchen has everything you need, the decor is SO awesome, beds were comfortable, etc. As a group of women, she even has black wash clothes for removing makeup!! I’m telling you, she provides it all!! The location is wonderful - a couple blocks off main street so we walked several times to shop and eat. This is THE location for your group to stay in Fredericksburg!! We WILL stay here again!!!

Wonderful trip to Fredericksburg

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this darling little house. It was a perfect retreat for a mother, daughter weekend! The home is located in a great location. You can walk to town, if you choose. And, It is also easy to get to the wineries., stores and restaurants. The property manager was so easy to work with. She always responded quickly to any questions that I had. We thought we had left something there and she went over and checked for us. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend this home. We would definitely stay there again.

Delightful and soooo clean!

Five besties since high school get together annually and this location was perfect for us. We walked into town for dinner and it’s only two blocks. And then we did a Sunday of driving to wineries and then back into town for dinner that evening. The large hot tub was a great addition for our first night, and then the fire pit was a central spot for us to “wine” down on our second night! The mini market two blacks away was also a plus (nice selection of wine too!) Breakfast and coffee ( full coffe pot and a keurig) at the kitchen bar each morning. And the sofa! So cozy and comfy for all five of us for a late nite movie. I highly recommend this property❤️

We celebrated our 25th Sisters’ Retreat in one of our favorite towns, Fredericksburg! Prost House was perfect for our stay, the rooms were spacious with ample closet space for sisters. We prepared our own hot breakfast Saturday and Sunday, the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the location and proximity to Main Street, we were able to walk downtown for shopping in the day and only drove our car for dinner both nights. A great time was had!Sincerely,Audria Patrick
