An equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge-freezer, electric hob.
Bedroom with a 140 cm bed. A loggia with two 90 cm beds.
A bathroom with shower and WC Air conditioning
Terrace with garden furniture.
Private parking. A bicycle park is available in the residence.
Collective swimming pool open from June 1 to September 30.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over.
