Rustic townhome in the perfect location to experience all that Wilmington has to offer. We are located right off of I-40, 2 Miles from UNCW, 5 Miles to Wrightsville Beach, and 5 Miles to Downtown Wilmington. Tons of great shopping close by and more than enough to keep you and your family occupied during your stay.

We are within walking distance to two of the best restaurants in Wilmington. Our home is equipped with three smart TVs, WiFi and all the necessities you need to experience a home away from home. King bed in master bedroom and Queen bed in second bedroom.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all used bath towels in bathroom floor. If wet, please hang to dry so they don’t mildew.
Trash cans are located behind the patio. You have to lift up on the gate to unlock and lock because it’s pretty stubborn.
If you used the pool key, please make sure you replace it to the fish tray on table by the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING INSIDE OUR HOME!! We will charge a cleaning fee of $500 if we notice smoking of any kind has taken place in our home.
NO PARTIES! We love to have fun, but this is no party home and we have elderly neighbors we like to respect.
PARKING: there are two spots designated for our home that have our house number on them. Please have visitors park in the designated visitor parking!

Appreciate Holly and Drew allowing us early access on short notice. Looking forward to using firepit area next time (weather didn’t cooperate). Was great to be able to walk to dinner after a long day of moving our daughter out of her dorm. Close to UNCW and Wrightsville. Will definitely book again

The rental was exactly as described. The owner communicated promptly. The rental was fully stocked with extra nice touches that provided everything needed and then some. The townhome was very clean and comfortable, and was a central location for restaurants, downtown, and beaches while maintaining a quiet community to relax. We look forward to our next stay.

Perfect location to everything!

We had a great stay at this property for my cousins wedding downtown. The location was close to everything. Holly was very responsive, and easy to communicate with. The beds were super comfortable, and there was a nice basket in the upstairs bathroom that came in handy. My only suggestions would be to get a new front door knob and there was a musty smell through the apartment that was not pleasant. We bought a candle to try to help it. Overall we enjoyed our first stay in Wilmington!

Were told we could check in early so we showed up right at 11:20am when we were told we could check in at 11:30. We attempted to check in at 11:21 and the code didn’t work. This was followed by a text from the host saying we couldn’t check in early anymore. Completely unacceptable as we drove 2 1/2 hours to be there early and were given 0 notice of this. The whole place smelt of a mixture of old cigarettes, gasoline, and strong cleaner. Besides the smell, everything was very clean, beds were super comfortable, and location was fine.

Amazing place in an amazing location!

This townhouse is outstanding. It has everything you could possibly need, and if you find you do need something you are in the heart of a shopping district. Our host, Holly, was helpful and kind. I will stay here each time we come to visit family. I highly recommend it! It may be a new listing, but I promise it is phenomenal!!
