Disney Getaway w/Private Pool, Gameroom, located at Emerald Island Resort.
D&D'S Magical Villa: Relax with the whole family at your home away from home. Located at the beautiful and exclusive Emerald Island Resort. You will only be 3 miles Walt Disney World and 1 mile from world famous restaurants, retail shopping, grocery stores, and the famous Margaritaville.
D&D'S Magical Villa: Sleeps 12 plus an infant. Starting at $195 + a night (minimum of a 4 night stay). Pool Heat available for an additional charge. Please request in advance. There is a gas BBQ grill for a charge of $65 for the whole stay. This request must be made in advance. Pet fee: $250 per stay for up to two dogs (must be approved in advance).
The community resort has a beautiful clubhouse, Tiki Bar, sauna, Pool, Spa, Fitness Room, Volleyball, Tennis Courts, Kiddies Play area, mini golf and Nature Trail. Manned Gate & guarded 24/7. *Note there is a $20 non refundable fee per car for access. This fee covers the whole stay. This resort fee is pre-charged and must be paid directly to the resort. Instructions will follow once your stay is confirmed.
The Villa features a Full size Pool Table, Darts, foosball table, cable TV in all rooms, internet access. Complementary High Chair, Cribs, Strollers, TV .& Fans in all rooms. Security Cameras outside of the home for the security of the guests.
In addition parties are not allowed nor any overnight guest that have not been pre-approved prior to your arrival.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without the hosts permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for the extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, the Resorts patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
TRASH/PICKUP Emerald Island Resort provides valet trash service 7 days a week. All trash is removed from the outside bin of our home every single day of the year except Christmas Day. You do NOT need to move the bins to the street.
• ALL trash must be bagged. That includes pizza boxes, water bottles and fast-food containers.
If ANY trash does not fit in a bag, you must take it to the compactor near the front of the resort.
• Recyclable items and trash go in the same bag.
• Bags must be AT LEAST 13 gallons or more. Garbage bags are provided.
• Do not place liquids, broken glass, or sharp objects in the bags.
• ALL unbagged/loose trash left inside or outside the bin will NOT be removed by the resort.
Our management company will be called to remove it at $25 - $50 charge.
