Cozy apartment - close to Montmartre
HostnFly offers this beautiful apartment, former commercial premises located, on the ground floor on street, with large display window , in the 10th arrondissement of Paris.
Easy to access, it can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideally located just a few steps from the legendary Montmartre district, you will enjoy a lively, vibrant and typically Parisian environment, with many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby.
## Logement
The apartment, overlooking the street (see last photo), consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a compact and small bathroom, and a comfortable living room with a sofa, ideal for relaxing after your days in Paris.
Amenities available: television, coffee machine, oven, microwave, iron, hair dryer, kettle, etc.
Please note:
Light sleepers are advised to bring earplugs.
The bathroom is very cramped. We do not recommend it for people with reduced mobility or heavier travelers.
The apartment is also well served by public transport, making it easy to get around the capital.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each stay to ensure your comfort.

- Gare de l'Est (Metro lines 4, 5, and 7 + Transilien P)

The 10th arrondissement of the city of Paris is now a popular area on the Rive Droite, where many students share large and old Haussmann apartments, where theaters, cafes and restaurants are rarely empty. Occupying a strategic position between the Grands Boulevards overlooking Montmartre, Place de la République and beyond, Bastille and Belleville but also Stalingrad, the 10th arrondissement seems to be in the middle of everything. In addition, the major and popular transit centers, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, are both located in the 10th arrondissement.

The closest metro stations are:
- Gare de l'Est (Metro lines 4, 5, and 7 + Transilien P)
- Gare du Nord (Metro lines 4 and 5 + RER B, D, and E + Transilien H and K)
