A stones throw away from Lake Tobesofkee & Recreation Area where you will have swimming access, boating, skiing, waterpark, hiking and bbq areas. For the nature lover Amerson River Park is close by with hiking trails, wetlands and wildlife. Close to various historical sites and monuments we are just 11 miles to the revitalized downtown area with excellent restaurants, art galleries, concert venues, Navicent Medical Center and we are minutes away from Wesleyan College & Mercer University!!
Our home is on a gorgeous lot heavily covered by trees and surrounded by nature ( Birds, Deer, Squirrels, ect) we are in a newer upscale community with a back patio courtyard with grill and outdoor furniture and lots of plants/Flowers which makes a beautiful place to relax and enjoying nature. Very comfortable Great Room with large leather sectional , Full Kitchen with Dinning area. Large Master w/ California Kingsize pillow top bed. Second bedroom with Queen size bed and Third bedroom with full size bed and 2 large computer desk making it easy to work from home . All rooms have a t.v. /wifi.

Purchased this home in 2004 and lived there as my primary residence until a few years ago. We now reside in Orlando Florida and still enjoying coming to stay in our home and visit family there in Macon. We are both in Real Estate and Evangelist.
Why they chose this property
The location is close to everything yet you feel you are in the country with privacy. The Lake is absolutely beautiful to pass over when coming and going from our home and a great place to relax and fish, boat, ski. Downtown Macon for great restaurants choices as well as shopping are all within 15 minutes.
