Newly renovated, cozy cottage of approximately 90m² of living space on two floors with large, fenced garden in a quiet location in the center of Lichtenwalde. The house has two separate bedrooms, a fitted kitchen with all appliances and a large comfortable living room. Air conditioning and an electric fireplace are available. There is a large terrace with barbecue, wicker furniture and a beach chair and a parking space for two cars. Pets are welcome. Towels and bed linen available. Cost of electricity and water are inclusive
