About this property

Cosy house in Crozon peninsula near sea and village of Lanvéoc

Renovated house of 100 M2 with a garden of 1 500 M2, less than 500 m from the village of Lanvéoc and its local shops (butcher, baker, grocery store, bars, pharmacy a little further away), its town hall and 1 km walk from the pretty little beach of La Cale and its nautical center.
On the ground floor, beautiful bright living room with entrance, fully equipped kitchen (3 burner hob running on butane, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, large single sink, coffee machine, kettle, toaster ...), dining area and living room with TV, bedroom with double bed (160 cm), bathroom with double sink and shower, laundry room with washing machine, WC.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). Possibility of adding a single bed if necessary.

Bed linen and kitchen linen are provided, bathroom linen is not.

Crozon town center is 7 km away, Morgat is 10 km away ; many beaches of the peninsula including Aber are quickly accessible by car (5 to 10 km) ; hiking trails and paths nearby; supermarket 3 km away .
Pets accepted (1).
Lovers of the peninsula and anyone interested in exploring it are welcome, whether it's for a stroll (+++), enjoying the seaside (+++ too), water sports, or simply relaxing and breathing in the fresh sea air (it feels incredibly good).

Nous avons passés un bon séjour, cependant nous avons été surprises que la cour ne soit pas clôturée (cela n'est pas indiqué dans l'annonce donc attention aux animaux), celle-ci était également en friche que nous devions traverser pour récupérer la clé. Je pense que la propriétaire n'a pas embauché la bonne personne pour s'occuper de la location car les appareils ménagers de la cuisine n'étaient pas propres, les lits non faits puisque les draps encore humides étaient étalés sur le fils à linge dehors. Nous attendons que la propriétaire nous rembourse du nettoyage car il est compté dans la location alors que nous avons la possibilité de le faire nous-même. Je la remercie pour les messages que nous avons échangé pour s'excuser de désagrément que nous avons eu.

Un excellent séjour, je recommande sans hésitationConforme à la description sur le site, la réservation s’est faite sans aucun problème et la communication avec l’hôte a été excellente tout au long du séjour.La maison est idéalement placée, aussi bien pour visiter la presqu’île que pour rester se reposer. Mention spéciale à son emplacement favorable, qui permet de rayonner facilement.L’extérieur reste à terminer, mais cela ne nous a absolument pas empêchés de passer un très bon séjour. La maison est très agréable, lumineuse, très bien équipée et particulièrement bien isolée (nous étions en quasi-canicule et nous y étions très bien).Points forts : propreté, arrivée, communication, emplacement, exactitude de l’annonce.Nous espérons revenir pour un plus long séjour afin de découvrir plus en profondeur cette magnifique région. Merci pour votre accueil !

La maison est très chaleureuse. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. De l'extérieur on ne s'attend pas à toute cette surface à l'intérieur. Notre chienne a beaucoup apprécié le grand jardin (pas totalement clôturé. Nous pourrions y revenir sans problème.

Schönes Haus, alles sauber, schöne Details, Habe aber leider sehr gefroren, Temperatur der Heizung war auf nur 19 Grad programmiert, schaffte aber meist nur um die 18 Grad. Für mich keine Wohlfühl-Temperatur im Urlaub.
