No views but good location

The condo complex is located right on the beach. Very nice place. Didn’t spend a lot of time inside because there is so much to do outside.

Phenomenal Stay – Far Better Than a Hotel!Couldn’t be happier with our stay at the Royal Mauian! The location was absolutely spectacular. The apartment itself was incredibly clean, and I loved that they provided the right tools to help keep it that way during our trip.After staying here, it is going to be super hard to go back to standard hotel rooms. Having the extra space: including two separate bedrooms, a pull-out couch, a Two bathrooms, a dishwasher, and an in-unit washer and dryer—made all the difference.As an added bonus, the roof access was fantastic, and there was no extra charge for parking. Highly recommended!

Great location & amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great week at this property - location was ideal for us, across the street from many local shops and restaurants plus an ABC Store, and down the street from a Foodland. Property is right on the ocean, and the complex has a great oceanfront lawn and pool area plus a nice rooftop. Several great swimming and paddleboarding beaches within an easy walk, along with multiple rental shops for boards and snorkeling gear. Condo itself was as-described in the listing, clean and well-equipped, including with beach chairs and umbrellas, which were appreciated. Individual A/C units in each room were a bonus, and parking was easy. Would be happy to return; thanks for a great stay!

Comfortable condo

This lovely property is clean, well equipped, and in a very central location. The property management company is outstanding and immediately addressed a couple of small issues that we had. We missed not having a balcony, but other than that, the condo is very comfortable & spacious.

Great Stay

We stayed in two condos 401 and 501, 6 people in each. The condos were great. Lots of bits and bobs to get us going, laundry soap, plastic wrap, tea etc. perfect location between Kam 2 and Kam 2. Pool was great, barbecue area really nice. My only small issue, (and there was consensus on this) the beds were way past their best before date. Otherwise excellent with great communication with property manager/group.
