Why they chose this property
Manhattan Beach is a lovely, beach friendly, very safe (no crime, no homeless), quiet, mature, affluent, quintessential SoCal beach community. Walkable to the pier, all the cafes& restaurants, beautiful sand beaches full of volleyball courts, great surfing etc. Aldo very close (15 min drive/Uber) to SoFi stadium (Rams/Chargers NFL teams). 10 min from LAX.
What makes this property unique
By far it’s the location. I’m a 5 min walk to beach and my views are absolutely one of a kind multi million dollar views. There are many $10M homes here that don’t have near the views I do.
