Séjour à Arzon

Nous avions réservé votre maison pour un séjour de 3 nuits pour nous retrouver en famille. Grande maison pour 11 personnes, spacieuse avec un beau potentiel en plus d'une très belle vue sur mer. Un grand jardin qui a été très apprécié, avec un accès sur le chemin des douaniers. Malheureusement beaucoup de points à revoir. La literie n'est pas propre (matelas tachés) à changer dans toute les chambres. Le frigo et four et plaque induction sont vétustes. Il manque un barbecue, heureusement j'avais emmené un mini barbecue électrique. la table de la salle à manger est trop petite pour 11 personnes. Il manque un bon canapé pour ce détendre. Beaucoup de toiles d'araignées.Manque d'un placard dans les chambres (cabine et 2 chambres à l'étage).La fenêtre de la salle de bain au RDC se décroche complètement. Globalement, beaucoup de travaux à prévoir dans cette maison.

Emplacement superbe mais déception

Effet Whaouh en arrivant : vue et emplacement magnifique, calme reposant .Bémol sur la maison qui est vraiment dans son jus : maison de famille un peu « vieillotte » et il ne faut pas être maniaque : toiles d’araignées, poussière, brosse à wc hors d’âge, traces jaunes sur la literie, vaisselle lavée par nos soins …Équipement correct : vaisselle, chaises longues, lave-vaisselle ( fonctionnement moyen) mais pas de cafetière ( juste un percolateur sans mode d’emploi ) et pas de barbecue !Potentiel de fou mais hygiène et ménage à améliorer !

Wir wahren mit 11 personnes dort für Weihnachten und wir wahren die erst Vermieter...alles wahr Ordnung. Die location ist wunderschön....und das blick am Frühstück superbe....aber das ist keiner Luxus häus aber ein sehr schön familien Haus ....
