Alles in Allem ein erholsammer Urlaub

Der Ort Calpe hat von allem was zu bieten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, schöne Strände.. Das Haus liegt etwas entfernt von Allem, so dass man auf jedenfall ein Auto benötigt. Die Einfahrt zum Grundstück ist für ein größeres Auto schwer befahrbar. (Steil bergauf und gleichzeitig um die Kurve) Das Haus, Grundstück und der Pool waren sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist sehr tief, was für uns (nur Erwachsene sehr schön war. Es gibt nur in 2 Schlafzimmern eine Klimaanlage. Im Sommer sehr heiß.

Nos ha parecido que la casa es fantástica. La cocina un poco pequeña, pero el resto muy grande, cómodo y bastante bien conservado. La zona externa muy grande y bien cuidada. Tiene bastantes escaleras, eso sí.

La zona es tranquila, la casa para personas discapacitadas, no está adaptada, en cuanto a escaleras. Los electrodomésticos son viejos, el lavavajillas no funcionaba, y estuvo el motor todo el rato encendido y con olor fuerte. La casa olía a cerrado y humedad, y en la planta baja muchos, pero muchos bichos tanto rastreros como voladores, la piscina normalita, igualmente no tiene barandilla para una persona con dificultades que pueda salir con facilidad

Casa muy agradable en las colinas de Calpe

Casa con mucho espacio, una finca muy agradable y funcional. Se necesita coche para ir al pueblo, a las compras o a la playa. Hay que indicar que en la piscina, salvo en la escalera, una persona adulta de 1m70 apenas hace pie.

Des investissements a faire

Manque la climatisation dans la chambre du haut et dans le salon salle a manger et impossible d'ouvrir la grande fenetre du salon sinon impossible de la refermer. volets difficile a ouvrir. Piscine verte 3 jours la personne a du revenir 3 fois en une semaine dommage. Portail pas de clefs et pour le faire tenir faut mettre des cailloux et garage porte soudé d'un coter. Sinon bonne villa dans l'ensemble et bien équipé mais trop cher pour l'état actuels. Internet a revoir nul heureusement que l'ont avait l'itinérance de donner sur nos téléphones Equipe interhome au top et réactive
