Large gourmet kitchen, inground pool with hot tub, grills galore.
2900 sq feet. Open house plan and patio area great for gatherings and entertaining.
Bedrooms are upstairs so if you have some that are tired of associating.. they can go upstairs. 😂 1 master suite with semi private bath w/ walk in shower is located downstairs, the owners suite is located upstairs with private bath.
You can sit outside during festivals and hear the music from the house or you can walk downtown to enjoy the bands, restaurants, night life, scenic walk to downtown front street.
Bicycles available, pool floats, towels.

Housekeeping $150
Hot tub - using the hot tub is included and encouraged to enjoy.
Heating pool for a weekend $500. (Could be less based on weather)
Fun fact- Tom Skerritt lived in this home while filming Steel Magnolias. Dolly Pardon across the street.

Completely remodeled house 3 years ago. Wood floor, brick floors, granite counters, new furniture. 3 bedrooms upstairs, and an Master Suite downstairs. Walking distance to downtown, comfortable fun home.
