Wonderful property - nice location for Oz couldn’t really get much closer! Close to restaurant in Beech Mtn and Banner Elk! If plan to use upstairs loft was very warm if during warmer weather. We ended up not needing that space so rooms downstairs very comfortable -beds great!! There are stairs as mentioned and be mindful just take luggage etc to rooms stairs are narrow but ok if you have someone able to handle - if rent again and can’t wait to go back!
Was in the area for a wedding and this home was a perfect retreat in the mountains for the weekend. Great views and peaceful area. Had a great time experiencing all the area had to offer.
Place was clean, cozy and loved having all the deer as neighbors. Would stay again and may be back for our Bristol race trip in 2026 and bring our golden Gus
Home was clean and nice. However not having AC in the upstairs bedroom was not. Fans just blow hot air. The deer all over was cool. No view from the balcony was not.
Small cabin (2 walkout basement bedrooms and a loft bedroom). A bit challenging to find in the dark (mailbox numbers were worn). Met our needs for the trip. Cabin was a bit dusty and a bit musty. We didn’t have a pet, but you could smell they had been there in the past in the basement bedrooms. Stairs (both up and down) are snug.
Location was close to a lot of activities and restaurants. Home was clean and had everything you would need during your stay. Will definitely be back to visit.
