Spacious home built with eclectic design. Located on Royal St. Patrick’s golf course, hole number 19. That's right, this course has 19 holes! The clubhouse (includes restaurant) is located within walking distance. This home has 5 bedrooms (2 king, 3 queen). The master bedroom is on the main floor, three bedrooms are located on the second level as well as a playroom. The fifth bedroom is located in the finished basement along with a bathroom/bar area and exercise room. Enjoy the views of the golf course indoors or outdoors on the two story deck and poolside. A must see! Outdoor area includes an outdoor shower, toilet, bar, and hot tub.
Please note: We do have cameras on the exterior of our home (front, side and back).

Great experience all around

This house can accommodate tons of people and activity. Three living rooms, a huge pool, a hot tub, gaming area, rec room, many bedrooms, a huge kitchen; it had it all. Very clean, fun, ideal for a weekend getaway with our big family. The house looks great on-line, but it exceeds expectations when you are there!

This property is conveniently located between Green Bay and Appleton. Just a 35 minute drive the EAA. The home is located on Royal St. Patrick's Golf Links. This challenging, well manicured championship layout boasts five sets of tees, impeccable greens, and carpet like fairways.

What makes this property unique

Enjoy the breathtaking views of the golf course while swimming in the private pool. The front of the home also has a patio area to sit by the fire table with friends. Or if the weather doesn't cooperate, no problem. The basement is finished and includes a living room area, full bathroom, exercise room and full bar.
