Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. L’appartement est idéalement situé très proche des commerces: épicerie, boulangerie, pizzeria et restaurant à 2 pas. Point de départ très bien situé pour toutes les promenades en vélo avec piste, cyclable à la sortie de l’appartement. Ce moyen de locomotion est très bien adapté au Grau-du-Roi. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et en excellent état. La literie est confortable. La salle de bain très propre et bien agencé. Une cour fermée permet de prendre les repas en extérieur et également de stocker les vélos. Le parking avec une place réservé se situe juste à côté de l’appartement. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci

Compte tenu de sa situation géographique en bord de mer, de ses équipements comme le parking sécurisé (place de parking conforme aux normes NF), proximité de la mer, climatisation pour plus de confort, , cour privative calme, logement insonorisé équipement moderne, cette maison offre un excellent rapport qualité prix bord de mer pleine periode en aout dans la région voir un tarif inférieur
