Open floorplan so you can enjoy the saltwater lake view from any room. Located on the most expansive canal systems in the Cape. Gulf is less than a mile as the crow flies. All the amenities needed to have a great vacation. Relax on the lanai or in the heated, saltwater pool with sun shelf, waterfall, "swim up" table, back jets. Smart TVs located in every room and on the lanai. Have dinner at one of the many restaurants or cook your own in an equipped kitchen. Perhaps your own fresh catch from the dock! Master bedroom offers king adjustable bed with private luxury bath. This will be the most relaxing vacation you will ever have. Lots to do too. Golfing and Fort Myers/Pine Island/Matlacha close by. Villa Monticello is located in a very relaxing, quiet neighborhood. Great waterfront view overlooking one of the largest saltwater lakes in Cape Coral. Enjoy morning coffee watching the fish jumping out of the water. Awesome sunsets. Country atmosphere, but close enough to everything you need. Matlacha is only a short drive (15 min) with shopping and great food. Great fishing. Rent a boat or bring your own to tie up to the dock. Numerous golf options. The best beaches in the world are close by. Take a day trip to Disney or to Bush Gardens. Close to airports - Punta Gorda PGD 18 miles, RSW in Ft Myers is 33 miles.
