Rental was very nice. Gilbert was a great host. Parking was very useful. Our bigger suv fit with care. Nice to have our own parking off street. Kitchen was well appointed. It was quiet and peaceful. The living room has a huge glass ceiling. I could watch the Chimney Swifts fly about high in the sky. Rental is within walking distance to a train station. Gilbert was doubtful of our intentions of driving into Paris. We did anyways at night to see the landmarks and it was a new level of complexity. I actually like driving in NYC but I have to admit I should have probably listened to Gilbert. However, I would probably do it again. Anyways, the rental place was great and I highly recommend. It is just what I wanted for a classic Paris place to stay. Especially our first time in the area. Just classic French.

Gilbert est très sympathique et aux petits soins pour ses locataires. La maison est très propre et très bien équipée. Malgré la proximité de la rue commerçante on profite du calme. La possibilité de garer son véhicule dans le jardin est un plus très appréciable. Proche du casino, du lac, du parc et des commerces, je recommande fortement cette maison.

Ce logement est très charmant et situé dans un magnifique quartier. Quelques minutes de marche pour arriver à la gare donnant accès à toutes les directions. Toutes les commodités y sont présentes. La luminosité est parfaite. L’hôte, Gilbert, a été soucieux de notre bien-être et très courtois. Il considère les gens qui louent son appartement comme ses invités On s’y est sentis très bien et y retournerons avec plaisir! Tout était parfait!

Why they chose this property

Enghien est une des villes d’eau créés à l’époque de Napoleon III, lors de l’arrivée du chemin de fer.
Avec ses eaux sulfureuses qui ont permis l’ouverture d’un établissement de curés thermales (articulations et nez), son lac et son casino (le seul de la région parisienne), la ville d’Enghien est une petite ville privilégiée très agréable!

What makes this property unique

La maison, située en plein centre de la ville et donc à quelques mètres de tous les commerces est face au parc de Villesant et possède un petit jardin très vert. Elle partait presque à la campagne.
Elle est à 5 minutes à pieds de la gare et, de là à 15 minutes de la Gare du Nord à Paris.
La maison est particulièrement agréable
