Perfect for a relaxing family holiday, this villa offers absolute comfort and all the necessary amenities. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Parties, birthdays, and stag/hen parties are not permitted in order to respect the neighbors. Music in the garden is also not allowed. We would be delighted to welcome you to Provence. Enjoy a private, secure swimming pool from the beginning of May to the end of September. The villa's interior combines elegance and modernity, with bright and spacious areas to guarantee you a pleasant stay. Outside, a large garden awaits you for convivial moments with family, with dining areas, deckchairs, garden furniture, children's games, foosball, ping pong table... Ideally located, this villa is close to the beaches of Cassis (20 minutes), the tourist sites of Marseille and Aix-en-Provence, and the Sainte Baume Regional Park.
