2 Updated Kitchens & 3 Living Areas:

House has 2 Kitchens and one of which is totally brand new and has beautiful new butcher block counter tops and designer porcelain tiled backsplash with dishwasher, refrigerator. New kitchen does not have a stove or an oven, but the original green kitchen does! This new kitchen is great for an extra large gathering and also has a second living space for entertaining with a larger group or can help if you have children who may want their "extra" space and you have yours.

Centrally-located to grocery shopping, restaurants and all Pocono attractions such as nearby outdoor pool, Kalahari waterpark, skiing, snow tubing, horseback riding, hiking, golf, vineyards, casino and outlet shopping.

You will notice the warmth and welcoming atmosphere as you enter this fabulously newly remodeled home. Our home is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with multiple modern features for your comfort, convenience and entertainment. The perfect symbiosis of beautiful views provided by mother nature and modern amenities/facilities

Serene setting will transport you into the lap of nature, but at the same time you won't miss the city life when you feel the need for it as shopping areas, bowling alleys and restaurants are just a mile or two away. Ideal for large groups .

There is plenty of room to spread out on the several comfortable couches and enjoy TV or conversation with friends and family. Additionally the sitting room & movie room each
have 2 couches that convert into full size beds.

Double bunk beds can be found in the main floor bedroom adjacent to the sitting room. The spacious great room features a stunning serving kitchen with counter to ceiling Italian design porcelain tile and a solid wood farm style table that seats 12 as well as additional counter seating. This rooms leads to the large back deck with patio furniture, grill, fire pits, & pergola with amazing sunrise views.

The second level has the master with king size bed and en-suite bath plus 3 additional bedrooms with queen size beds and a hallway bath.

We do have a travel crib available. Please request this in messages well before you arrive.

The house does not have central AC but we have added features to keep you cool in the summer months. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan to circulate the air. There are also energy efficient black out cellular shades. We also have regular floor fan units. I spent July 2021 in this home while we were remodeling and it was comfortable for us.

the Newly added movie room has 110" screen and plenty of seating for all to enjoy a cozy night at the movies. Additionally 2 arcade games offer hours of competitive fun.

Two Driveways for 4 or 5 cars
Your furry friend is welcome with prior approval and a $200 fee per dog, per stay and unfortunately, cats are not allowed.
