About this property

One bedroom, one bath single level apartment rental -steps from the beach on Isle of Palms. This vacation rental is the back left corner apartment C of a triplex (other tenants may be occupying the two other units). It is located across the street from a beach access path, and perfectly situated for maximum time at the beach. A quick drive to shopping, restaurants, tennis, dog park, gym, basketball, playground, and more! Bring your dog for nonrefundable $100 fee.

Apartment C features easy access (just a couple steps onto front entry deck), a kitchen with full size fridge, oven and microwave (no dishwasher, no icemaker), full size bath, Smart TV in living room with streaming capabilities ONLY, no cable, Wireless internet, full size washer and dryer, and an outdoor shower (shared between upper unit and lower unit). Perfect for a small family or couple, looking for an affordable rental with close proximity to the beach and other island amenities.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very good experience in the apartment. I really appreciated the communication and promptness from Island Realty and their maintenance crew. My only negative feedback is there is no cable TV, and the WIFI is spotty.

Priced Right, But Not A Luxury Property

I can't expect much for the price of this apartment, so I will start by saying that the property is priced appropriately for its condition. If you want a "nice" place to stay, I'd look elsewhere. But if you just need a pet friendly place to sleep and shower that is close to the beach, this is going to be perfect for you. There were no true "maintenance problems", but there were some janky repairs made. The floor tiles were patched-in, the outside decking for rinsing off had nails protruding (be careful), and the internet was spotty because cabling was strewn across the ground outside of the property. Because of the poor internet signal, the TV barely worked. There were no local channels, and the Roku streams only worked intermittently. The channels cut out frequently. But, I didn't rent the property to watch TV. The beach was wonderful. It was close, clean, and the residents and vacationers were extremely friendly. The off-leash beach hours were our main attraction, and our three golden retrievers had a great time socializing. It was a fun trip. We spent as little time as possible at the property because it wasn't "nice", but again, you get what you pay for and this property was priced appropriately for what you got. The shower was clean, had great hot water and good water pressure, and the kitchen was well equipped with nice appliances, and even included a washer and dryer. Next time, I'd probably opt for something nicer, but this was great for what we paid.

Nice location across from beach access

The apartment was a good choice for my husband and I. We were only visiting for two days and did not need a large space. It was easy to communicate with the rental company, and located directly across from a beach access.

Palm Blvd 2605 Apt C

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Cheap! But you do get what you pay for. The outdoor shower had no hot water, the ice maker was not connected to water - NO ICE! The place needed some attention.

Perfect location

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect. Walked out door straight across street to beach access. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Plan to go back next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
