This cozy upstairs two bedroom/one bathroom apartment is just a short walk to the beach! After a perfect day at the beach, you can hang out on the screened porch or sundeck. Inside you can kick back and relax in the living room which features updated furnishings and a flat screen cable TV. If you want to bring a larger group with you, both floors of this home (see Carolina Blvd 200 Down) can be rented together totaling four bedrooms and two baths.

1500 sq. ft. Linens included. No washer/dryer, no icemaker. No smoking. Wi-Fi included. **Dog considered for $150 non-refundable fee, provided dog is not left alone at the home. Full time residents live nearby**

2 Blocks to Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at 200 Carolina Upper. Luckily it has a screened in porch as most of our days were rainy, but we still got to enjoy being outside. Only ding would be the WiFi. It kept going in/out and affected the TV (bummer for the rainy days). And had a hard time doing work one day when I didn’t have internet access. But would stay again - great location (2 blocks from beach).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this location before, but in the downstairs unit. 200 Carolina upstairs is even better. The unit is clean and comfortable for six. It has comfortable couches and beds. One very small bathroom is a little tricky but worked for us. The king bed has a wonderful mattress topper. It’s a very quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The screened porch is great. The only thing others might dislike is the small tv in the living room that has VERY limited television with only a few local stations. But we weren’t there for tv. Would highly recommend.
