This location is perfect to relax with boutique shopping and eating on Ram Cat Alley in downtown Seneca only 2 blocks away, zip over to Clemson University (10 minute drive to the stadium) and catch a game, or drop your boat in Lake Keowee or Lake Hartwell and float to your heart's desire. This quaint, historic house has been updated for comfort keeping the original charm in its peaceful location just far enough off the beaten path to be quiet but close enough to reach any number of shops.

The only complaint we have was the towels smelled sour & maybe a larger couch or a few other chairs for the den for watching tv for the 4 of us because the game was rained out. Other than that our stay was great!

Great property for the price. My son & I enjoyed a great trip to Clemson. Finding something under 200 is a challenge & this was perfect two bd 1ba no fluff, TV works well & air conditioning. Only thing we were missing was body wash & shampoo, my wife usually packs that but I’m used to hotels that provide. Highly recommend.

Football weekend

Everything was lovely. We had a very nice stay. The owners were excellent with communication in the midst of the aftermath of the hurricane. Grateful for a safe and nice place to stay.

Great place to stay

Attention Clemson parents! So much better than a hotel! Precious house, no loud football fans coming in at 2am! Close to Clemson but without the bottleneck. Cute, clean, local art on walls, will rent again.

We enjoyed our stay. We came to the area to attend an event at Clemson and to ride our ebikes in the area. The location was perfect for that. We were not expecting the close proximity to the active railroad with all the noise of passing trains. What would have made our experience better would have been if there was an information notebook or house notes to refer to - how to use the thermostat, the TV, what was nearby, check out procedures, etc.

Great for what we needed!

We came to this lovely home for a Clemson football game. The 2 bedrooms were nice and clean & the house was always comfortable. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table while watching football on the tv!

Great communication with host. Property was exactly as described. Easy check in. Only suggestion is lock box is to high. (I'm 5'1 and couldnt reach box without standing on my suitcase). Other than that great placd to stay.
