Nestled in the heart of the pristine Champlain Valley, this cottage style chalet offers guests a conveniently located cozy home featuring four (4) bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms (2.5), a 75” smart TV in the living room, a newly built and recently upgraded kitchen and entry-way mudroom, both an indoor dining room and an outdoor (pergola covered) dining area, three (3) porches (one fully covered and enclosed), an upstairs lounge, a fenced and manicured large backyard, and much more!

This property is located in a small, private neighborhood. The backyard of the house borders Middlebury College campus and is a short walk to the athletic fields and the center of town.

The place was great. Adorable, right in the heart of Middlebury. Very cozy, and lots of places to walk to. There were a lot of issues with checking in. We were sent the wrong doorcode and then it turned out that the ADT system was left on when it was supposed to be turned off. We stood outside of the property for a long time. There was also a large security deposit that took two weeks to be reimbursed, although the host said they are changing that system. Still, the place was great.

House was very cute. Main bathroom had very low water pressure but the upstairs bathroom was much better. Conveniently located to Middlebury College- just on the other side of the backyard. Kitchen was well stocked.

A great stay in total- perfect for family gatherings.

This adorable house was just right for what my family needed. The location was perfect as well- quiet and with easy access to nearby town and walking trails. We very much appreciated how the bedrooms offered plenty of privacy and the shared spaces were very nice as well— I can highly recommend!

This is a beautiful, clean home close to town. It was well-equipped and gave everyone (8 of us!) enough space. We really enjoyed our stay! The fire-pit in the back yard needs a re-do, but otherwise, all was great. Thanks!

We were here for a lacrosse weekend. This is a great house for multiple family members to be comfortable. The infant could sleep soundly while adults enjoyed family time in the spacious living room. Good cooking facilities.

Packed with books and lots of charm, this house has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Middlebury. Unfortunately for us, the weather was too cold to take full advantage of what looks to be a very welcoming backyard patio and grilling area.

House was perfect. We stayed with our adult kids and grandkids which was us and three families. We were visiting family in Middlebury and it gave us a good sanctuary in between visits. I enjoyed morning walks while some enjoyed runs on the college track practically in the backyard. Easy walks to a nice bar for drinks one evening. We enjoyed a scenic walk with my parents around downtown Middlebury.

Loved! Loved! Loved! Beautiful house and yard. We were there for a family wedding. House is within walking distance to downtown Middlebury and the University. It is completely handicap friendly which was awesome since we were with my 92 year old stroke surviving father with a walker. The owner and VRBO team were great with communications. The house was well stocked. Would highly recommend for a great stay in Middlebury!

Location, location, location! The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood that borders Middlebury College. Our neighbors are wonderful people who have lived in neighborhood for many years. It is safe, secure and a perfect home to enjoy events at the college or in the charming town.

What makes this property unique

Downtown Middlebury is just a short walk or ride from the house, and offers dining, cafes, gift and book stores, sporting and clothing stores, banks, pubs, etc... The football stadium, hockey rink, field house, and athletic fields are all just a short walk from the house as well.
