This home is in the heart of the town of Middlebury and within walking distance to college, downtown and grocery stores. It is perfect for just two people or a large group or family. Completely remodeled in December 2020, it has an amazing fully equipped commercial kitchen, A/C on all floors, 3 large bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a great gathering and living space and great front porch and back deck.
So many amenities are within 20 minutes of our location:
Golf - Ralph Myhre and Neshobe
Hiking - Snake Mountain and Branbury State Park
Water - Lake Dunmore (8 miles away - we also have another property right on this lake)
Skiing - Middlebury Snowbowl
We love to gather and make memories and we have designed this space to be comfortable and inviting.

We are from Texas but have a student at Middlebury. We are there frequently in the spring and summer. We love the area.
Why they chose this property
This home is so convenient to the college and the town. We love walking when we are there and riding our bikes to the baseball field. We often entertain the students and it is so easy for them to get to the house.
What makes this property unique
Walking distance to everything! Comfortable and cozy. A great place to entertain. A/C and Heat Pumps just installed in May 2019!
