This home was very comfortable, clean and welcoming. We stayed with our large family and there was plenty of room and everything was in great shape. It was our first trip to Middlebury and we could not be happier with the town and the beautiful home we stayed in. Communication was great- couldn't be happier!

The property is immaculately maintained. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful and quick to resolve an issue with the beeping smoke decrors.We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again the next time we plan a trip to the area

The place was great. Adorable, right in the heart of Middlebury. Very cozy, and lots of places to walk to. There were a lot of issues with checking in. We were sent the wrong doorcode and then it turned out that the ADT system was left on when it was supposed to be turned off. We stood outside of the property for a long time. There was also a large security deposit that took two weeks to be reimbursed, although the host said they are changing that system. Still, the place was great.

House was very cute. Main bathroom had very low water pressure but the upstairs bathroom was much better. Conveniently located to Middlebury College- just on the other side of the backyard. Kitchen was well stocked.

We had an excellent stay at this location. The moment we walked in the door we loved the character of the home. Decorative touches were blended very well between old and newer. Each room felt open yet separated by arched doorways. Everything was very clean and presentable. The kitchen design was cozy yet more than enough room to work in. A spacious well laid out laundry room as you walk in the door. Every bedroom and bathroom had original door knobs and cabinet hardware which gave it great appeal. The downstairs bathroom had a crank out window in the shower that reminded me of growing up as a kid. Great for some fresh morning air while you take your shower. And it had a ceiling warm-air heater to help take the chill off the room. The upstairs lofts added an entire 2nd floor of room, with a full bathroom upstairs as well. While we did not have a chance to use it, there is an open fire pit with seating in the side yard which would be great to sit with friends or family.The location was quiet, no street or traffic noise. Only a couple short blocks to down-town. Overall the house was very spacious and did not make you feel cramped at all. You could easily sit and chat. The owner was easy to communicate with, and very helpful. The next time we come to the area, this will our first choice if it is available. A great stay in total- perfect for family gatherings.

This adorable house was just right for what my family needed. The location was perfect as well- quiet and with easy access to nearby town and walking trails. We very much appreciated how the bedrooms offered plenty of privacy and the shared spaces were very nice as well— I can highly recommend!

Weekend Retreat

We loved our time at this beautiful home. A quaint cottage feel with a beautiful English garden in the back. A short field walk to Middlebury College and just minutes from downtown.
