Everything about the property is fantastic but I truly have to give props to the backyard amenities. Playing basketball while relaxing in the hot tub was just what my group needed.

Unsatisfied with communication

It was okay till there was no gas for the grill. I messaged the host to see if there was a back up and no response so we picked one up. I asked the host about reimbursing us for the cost of the gas once again no response. It wouldn’t have been an issue if she said no just thought I’d ask. There was several little issues with the home the toilet in the master bedroom would barely flush so we used the main one. the oven door would not shut, the ice maker did not work so we had to buy ice and the Kuerig did not work but there was a coffee pot we just had to buy coffee. not big issues. The house itself was clean. The communication or lack thereof was a big issue to me.

Jazmin was great and very responsive. The home was lovely, spacious, and very welcoming. We had a group of 8 so we had plenty of beds and space to share. Lots of things to do in the home too; basketball hoop right outside, a fire pit to enjoy, and a hot tub. Denver Vacation 2022

We traveled from Illinois to visit our son who lives in Golden. Looked at many different rentals and decided on this one and boy did we make the right call! The owners were extremely helpful and communication was amazing. We had a small concern when we were there and it was addressed immediately with no issues. Can't thank the wonderful hosts enough for everything and we look forward to coming back again soon. The house is laid out perfectly with a nice open floor plan. Bedrooms are great sized and the closets were huge. Can't really think of anything negative to say about this place, as there isn't. Book with confidence as you will not be disappointed with the house nor the owners. Thanks again for an amazing and hassle free vacation rental!

Great space in quiet neighborhood

I booked this house with five other adults and we had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room for us all-- large dining table and a spacious kitchen. The location isn't fancy but feels safe and was an easy drive to all of our activities in and around Denver. The hosts were available for any questions or issues. We would definitely stay here again!

Modern Oasis in a quiet neighborhood

I rented this property for a friend that was staying out of town. When I walked in I was blown away! From reserving the house to checking out the owner was fantastic, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. The house is well-appointed with modern furnishings, it is incredibly clean and felt like home! The yard is huge with a fire pit and basketball court and has plenty of space to spread out. My friend had a dog and Eunice had a whole basket to welcome the dog too to include a beautifully clean dog bed. It was more than we ever could have imagined. I have rented some fairly plush vacation rentals and I have to say that this was by far one of the best! I will definitely be keeping it in mind for all my guests!!
