All you need, perfect location!

Cute, clean and well appointed one bedroom. Couch is very comfortable for naps and relaxing. Bed is also comfortable, kitchen has everything you need.

Returning vacationers

Relaxing around the firepit and taking in the SD air! Everything is walking distance. We enjoyed the Water Bar the most which faces the pacific but if you want ocean view make a reservation very romantic watching the sunset.

Fantastic Service

Our stay at cottage 3 this past week was wonderful. The cottage is exactly as it was represented on the site, it was clean and had everything we needed. The property management company was a pleasure to deal with and went out of their way for us to have an early check in! We appreciated it very much. Location to the beach and restaurants is excellent.

The place was nice, clean, and comfortable but the booking process was annoying. The host used a payment platform outside of and in addition to VRBO. They claimed multiple credit cards I attempted to use were “declined” but they weren’t actually when I checked with the bank. In the end, the host was able to process the payment by trying again when I refused to provide a third credit card. Other than that, the place was nice, in a great location, and at least they communicated well throughout the difficult booking process. Overall, I would recommend this property to renters but suggest the hosts switch to the VRBO payment platform. I appreciated that they had beach gear like chairs and boogie boards for guests to use and AC.

This is a sweet, dog friendly little cottage. The place was very clean when we entered, and the hosts/management company was very responsive and so helpful when we needed anything. Something to note is that it's a small space and the single bathroom is located in the bedroom. This was fine for our family, but if you are traveling with friends, that is something to consider. We did not use the kitchen to cook meals, so can't speak to that, but there was everything we needed to eat food we picked up. The refrigerator was very clean and there was a large water filter pitcher, which we appreciated. We mostly used the place to sleep, as we were with family all day, so this place served our needs perfectly. It's in a great location for easy access to grocery stores, the Bay and the beach.

Nice place.

Very difficult to get in. Dog barking next door from early in the morning through open window. Had to move the couch to be comfortable to watch TV. Front patio chairs very uncomfortable. Otherwise, a really nice place!!

The place has an odor regardless of opening windows and the couch and pull out bed are not the cleanest . Check in and check out process was easy and location was close to beach and shops .
